By strengthening factors such as CaCO3 thermal resistance, impact resistance and hardness as the main raw material, with 9 different chemical products, raw materials with the desired properties are created for the customer. It is produced as a filling product in values such as 50-80. The choice of carrier polymer is made by our customer.
Colors with high carbon content are bonded to the carrier polymer with the help of stabilizers, dispersion agents and plasticizers and extruders with high cross-sectional areas, and all colors needed in the sector are also available in UV, slip, antigas, deodorant and brightener masterbatch types.
