Producer Our recycling production takes place in Hengelo and Enschede. We are particularly focused on the polymers PP, HDPE, LDPE and SBS. This can be either Post Consumer Regranulate (PCR) or Post Industrial Regranulate (PIR). In Hengelo, 4 Erema extruders in 5 shifts (24/7) run more than 35,000 MT of regranulate annually. In Enschede we produce regrind from rigid plastics with 2 shredder/grinding mill installations and also regranulate with 2 large(er) Erema extruders. The annual capacity in Enschede is 10,000 MT of regrind and 20,000 MT of regranulate. International trade Our trading activities are still an important part of our company. Over the years we have built up a large network of suppliers throughout Europe, so we know very well which types of materials can be found where and in which volumes. This combined with our global contacts in plastic recycling makes that we sell more than 60,000 MT of plastic waste annually to selected and certified plastic recyclers.
