As Doğa Grup, our company, which has left half a century behind and has directed many sectors such as mining, construction and textile, is preparing to enter the recycling field with our Doğa Pet brand. It aims to produce flakes and granules with its huge factory established on an area of approximately 86,200 m2 in Kırklareli province and its high-tech machines.
Post-consumer Pet bottles are pre-sorted and converted into flake form with crushing devices. The flake material, which is subjected to hot washing and rinsing with various washing chemicals, is separated optically and mechanically again and a very pure Pet Flake product is obtained.
Hot washed Pet flakes are melted, filtered and turned into granule form by extrusion process. Then, the decontamination process is carried out with the help of SSP reactors and the desired IV value and purity is achieved.
