GXC Series Heavy Duty Granulators with power ratings of 55kw to 315kw are designed for high throughput processing. With a variety of rotor configurations available, these granulators have a wide range of applications including; hollow and voluminous materials (i.e. plastic drums, crates and chairs), flexible materials such as films, woven bags and rubber, tougher materials such as profiles, thick sheets, and other general plastics.

The cutter compactor recycling pelletizing line is a one-step, efficient, and sustainable solution for recycling a wide range of plastic materials. The new SCF self-cleaning filtration system makes non-stopping recycling extrusion, especially suitable to highly contaminated materials re-pelletizing. Different from traditional screen changers, which requires timely changing the dirty wire mesh, the SCF system will present continuous filtering performance, and remove the contaminates from the surface of steel screen plate automatically. The SCF filtration system consists of hardened steel screen plate, rotating unit, hydraulic section, scraper blades and discharge screw.

Metal separation systems are used in the plastics industry to protect machinery and equipment, increase production safety and efficiency. It prevents possible machine failures, ensures continuity and thus pays off the investment cost in a short time. Although magnets are the most suitable solution in terms of cost and ease of application, changing and developing industrial conditions, increasing variety of materials used, increasing metal applications used with plastics (e.g. OPP metallized labels, aluminum-supported PVC profiles) and the widespread use of their recycling have made it difficult to separate plastics from metals. The use of metal detectors has come to the fore in order to overcome these difficulties.

Eccentric Eddy Current Metal Separators, which work with the eddy current principle created by the magnetic field, are used in applications where small parts need to be separated. ECS Concentric Eddy Current Separators are used to separate non-magnetic metals such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, brass from materials such as glass, plastic, wood, paper, sand. ECS Separators work with the eddy current principle created by the magnetic field created in a rotor rotating at high speed and where magnets are placed. When the unwanted metals in the raw material carried by a belt come to the rapidly rotating rotor area, they are thrown into a separate section with this principle.
