Metal Detectors and Separators

Metal separation systems are used in the plastics industry to protect machinery and equipment, increase production safety and efficiency. It prevents possible machine failures, ensures continuity and thus pays off the investment cost in a short time. Although magnets are the most suitable solution in terms of cost and ease of application, changing and developing industrial conditions, increasing variety of materials used, increasing metal applications used with plastics (e.g. OPP metallized labels, aluminum-supported PVC profiles) and the widespread use of their recycling have made it difficult to separate plastics from metals. The use of metal detectors has come to the fore in order to overcome these difficulties.
