The company’s recycling production takes place in Hengelo and Enschede, focusing mainly on PP, HDPE, LDPE, and SBS polymers. The materials can come from PCR (post-consumer recycling) or PIR (post-industrial recycling) sources. In Hengelo, four Erema extruders operate 24/7 and produce more than 35,000 tons of regranulate per year. In Enschede, rigid plastics are first shredded and ground, then processed into granules using two large Erema extruders. The annual capacity there is 10,000 tons of grinding and 20,000 tons of granules. The company also maintains a strong international trading network. Thanks to a broad European supplier network and global recycling connections, it sells more than 60,000 tons of plastic scrap each year to selected and certified recyclers.
